Skinceutical Eye Cream is a formula based on the idea that individualized and original ingredients guarantee results. They claim to use 2 basic ingredients, and they come from a huge company boasting it seems hundreds of products. In the eye of the common consumer, that makes it all worth it, in some cases even if the product doesn't actually work. We all trust a big name in general terms. As for Skinceutical, they have been around since 1997 and they sell through just about every major third party retailer out there.

What Else Should I Know about Philosophy Eye Hope?
Skinceutical Eye Cream does not disclose all their ingredients in case you didn't catch on. This being said, the ingredients they did disclose have nothing to do with wrinkles or skincare in general! One ingredient protects bacteria. So maybe they assumed that because it protects bacteria it would protect skin cells. Unfortunately, applying bacteria to the skin does not protect it or reduce aging just as applying this particular ingredient would not reduce or prevent the signs of aging. There are signs however that they use quite a few irritants. We would not recommend it.
