Adonia EyeTherapy
Do you have stubborn bags and dark circles that just will not quit? I feel your pain! I wake up every morning wondering what on earth my sleep did, because by the looks of my under eye area, I’ve been sleep deprived and easting Cheetos exclusively for weeks.
Is the Adonia EyeTherapy my saving grace? Adonia EyeTherapy claims to reduce puffiness (check-got that!), diminish dark circles (ummm…yup!) and undereye wrinkles (uhhh huh!). So let’s get into it to see what this product is really all about and if it can help me with my “baggage issues”.
Adonia EyeTherapy Ingredient Breakdown
Adonia Eye Therapy claims to have over 27 organic botanical ingredients. However, we found it difficult to actually locate a real ingredient list. The company’s website just lists all the great natural and organic ingredients. Below are some of the great ingredients they mention on their site and what they claim to help with:
• Chamomile-Contains azulene which helps reduce puffiness and removes impurities from the pores. It also leaves your skin feeling softer.
• Geranium -Rejuvenates and helps lighten.
• Italian Everlasting-Helps regenerate cells and can help heal scarring
• Lemon Verbena-Antiseptic for the skin which has also been shown to improve circulation and remove toxins.
• Cherry & Ginger-Have been shown to have anti-inflammitory properties to help with puffiness.
• Frankincense-Shown to help regenerate cells and keep existing cells healthy.
As far as other ingredients that we couldn’t locate…who knows!
Adonia EyeTherapy Safety & Testing
Adonia EyeTherapy is free from parabens, irritating ingredients and is hypoallergenic.
The manufacturer performed an 8-week study and the results look something like this: after 8 weeks of use Adonia EyeTherapy reduced the appearance of undereye puffiness up to 71.43%, undereye wrinkles by up 83.47%, and under eye puffiness by 71.43%.
When it comes to manufacturer tests though, you never know if it is a biased test or not.
Adonia EyeTherapy Policies
The manufacturer of Adonia EyeTherapy has a 90-day money back promise, but you have to return UNUSED product for a full refund. The product, if used morning and night every day, should only last 60 days. This to us seem a bit sketchy. Because after 90 days there is no way you will have product left and we bet they wouldn’t let you return an empty container. Just a hunch.
Adonia EyeTherapy Value
You can find this product for about $58-89 online. Considering the product is a 60-day supply, that’s not a terrible price. But, this cream IS just for your eyes. If you already are forking out $100+ /month on skin care, another $30-40 may not be something that fits in.
The return policy is a bit vague and seems to have a lot of holes. This makes us nervous. A company trying to hide something usually doesn’t have a great, clear return policy. Another black hole we found was a full ingredient listing. Again, why is this so difficult to find? It’s great their product has so many wonderful organic and botanical ingredients, but to make an informed decision we should be able to look at entire ingredient listings.
For me, I’d pass on this baggage claim. Looks like they may steal something out of luggage before letting me get it. If you know what I mean!
